On the 10th July 2008 the New Stud Farm building in West Sussex was awarded a Sussex Heritage Trust Award in the Commercial building category. The Sussex Heritage Trust was established in 1977 to preserve and encourage the appreciation of the architectural and natural heritage. Neil Holland was presented with the award at the awards lunch and received a hand-carved slate plaque which will be proudly displayed at the Stud Farm, which was completed at the end of 2007. The new building included a foaling unit, staff cottage, reception and office space plus the timber recladding of three corrigated steel barns on the site.
